Prices We endeavour to ensure that prices are correct at time of printing, but owing to fluctuations in costs of materials and labour, we regret that they are subject to alteration without notice. Whilst every effort is made to maintain our listed prices, we reserve the right to charge at prices ruling at date of despatch. E&OE.

Our guarantee of satisfaction We appreciate the difficulty of ordering from catalogues or on-line. If any item proves unsatisfactory, please notify us within 14 days of receipt (or at the start of next term after receipt) for replacement or credit in full. See Returns.

Damage or shortage Carrier’s delivery sheets should be signed ‘not examined’ or ‘damaged’ as the case may be. Damage or shortage must be notified to us in writing within three days of receipt of the goods and the damaged goods retained pending disposal instructions.

Spare pieces As a service to our customers we can in some circumstances supply replacements for missing pieces. Please ask if we can help.

Returns If, for any reason, it is necessary to return an item you should notify us and await our instructions before despatching.

Credit will be given only if goods are received in a re-saleable condition.

Carriage Deliveries to all U.K. Mainland addresses will be carriage free, for orders over £100 (excluding VAT). A processing and delivery charge of £4.95 plus VAT will be applied to all orders under £100 (excluding VAT). Deliveries to addresses in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands will incur a surcharge of £10.00 plus VAT. We regret that deliveries to the Channel Islands will be charged extra at cost. Please contact us for a quotation, if required.

Non-delivery Invoices are posted separately at the same time as the goods are despatched. Claims for non-receipt of goods will be valid only if received within 21 days of the invoice date.

Quality Every effort is made to maintain a high standard of quality of all the materials in our catalogue in accordance with the specifications, but we reserve the right to make alterations in design, etc., as necessary.

VAT Value Added Tax is not included in prices and will be charged extra at the appropriate rate at time of despatch. Items marked with a ‘star’ were zero-rated at time of printing/up-loading.

Photocopy Masters The duplicating of Photocopy Masters purchased from Taskmaster Ltd is limited to purchaser or those for whom they were bought.
